The approved Master Plan for Harmony Technology Park provides for a cohesive, mixed use development. Office uses to the north gradually transition into light manufacturing/production oriented uses to the south. In addition, retail sites are located at the northeast and southwest corners.

The primary goals of the site design include:

•	Creating an attractive and distinctive technology campus
•	Providing pedestrian connectivity throughout
•	Ensuring convenient access for all parcels
•	Establishing a smooth transition between uses
•	Meeting sustainability standards and encouraging LEED certification for all projects

The site plan below represents the current state of the Master Plan. Storm water management areas can be seen as open spaces, which provide for pedestrian connections through the site. Buildable area is maximized on each individual parcel through the use of these regionalized storm water basins. The building layout is schematic, and will change to meet the needs of specific users.
